Measles
Measles outbreaks continue apace across the country. As of February 12, 2026, there have been 910 confirmed cases so far this year.

Several notable outbreaks are underway. The outbreaks highlighted below are not a comprehensive list but rather a selection of prominent active clusters worth keeping in mind.
- South Carolina: A multi-county outbreak in South Carolina has grown to 962 cases, including 19 confirmed the week of February 8. The Upstate region is most heavily affected, and a majority (893) of cases are in people who are unvaccinated. Most cases (868) have been in children <18 years of age.
- Arizona/Utah: An outbreak on the Arizona/Utah border continues. The Utah side saw an increase of 21 cases this past week, bringing the total to 272. And in Arizona, the total is up to 269, including 49 cases so far this year.
- Collier, Florida: Nearly 60 cases have now been reported in association with Ave Maria University. The university has stopped providing updates, choosing instead to report through the Florida Department of Health's website, which is slightly delayed.
